Christmas Ideas...

I posted most of these pictures last year for Christmas ideas, but wanted to send out an updated post with some additional links. These Linen Towels and Cocktail Napkins from All About Blanks are just too cute to pass up! Plus, you can find all the embroidery designs on my website ~ AKDesigns Boutique.

Another cute project is to use the cocktail napkins to make ornaments - just stitch your design on one napkin, put another napkin behind and thread ribbon through the hemstitching to create a pocket for a little stuffing ~ have fun!

New Ribbon for Tennis & Golf Towels

The ribbon for my Tennis & Golf towels arrived the other day, so here are pictures of how all tennis & golf towels will be shipped out [1st pic]! I think they are just too cute! I am offering the "gift wrap" in the tennis cans [2nd pic] for an additional $2.50 as well. UPDATE-I'm sorry, the towels are no longer available for sale, but the embroidery designs are. I'm really trying to gear up for the St. Marlo Holiday Bazaar [the reason for the contest above ;D]. My Stitchin' Sister, aka Joanna, and I are streamlining our offerings this year and we are working on a Country Club line that focuses on Tennis and Golf gifts. We both embroider and she does a lot of "bling", so between the 2 of us I think we will have a full line. I really enjoy making towels [what a funny thing to enjoy!], so I'm trying to come up with as many Tennis and Golf designs as I can. Both of these were very easy to make ~ details are below each towel.

• 20" of 7/8" wide ribbon that matches

Argyle is so classy and so cute...

I made this argyle design last year, but only made 2 sample towels with it and never listed it to sell! The towels were for my tennis captains, Debbie & Sonia. They both play a little golf and I thought these would be really cute for golf or tennis. Well, Jess saw Sonia's towel and wanted one like it, so I pulled the design up, made some adjustments (made the whole design a little bigger and made the stitches a little bolder) and made Jess' towel. I have to say that it looked so cute that I'm ready to sell the towels and the designs!

Check out my adorable new Tennis Towel Designs (I might be a little bias!)! I'll be selling the towels just in time for Fall Tennis Season! Ooh La La!

Ooh La La! Andrea did a great job with my #53 Paris Designs! Very cute little outfit!
