New #394 Preppy Circle Dots Frame Set

I made this set weeks ago, but haven't had a chance to list it until now ~ it's so preppy and so cute! I received so many requests for a circle frame after I listed my #386 Preppy Dots Frame set. This set includes 4 sizes in a 2 color design. I wanted to make it versatile - you can stitch it with 2 colors or 1 color, it's up to you!
